•Provide videos or photos of the           machine failures 
•Our company will inform the logistic     company to pick up the machine
•The number of days for international   transportation and maintenance   range  from 14 to 30 days and the   number of  working days does not   include holidays  and festivals.
•After the repair is completed, the   customer will be contacted to return   the machine.
